Q. Do you charge for estimates?

A. No, as long as you are within our standard service area estimates are always free.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. Business checks, Cash*, and Credit cards**

*For cash, please have the exact amount, we do not carry change.

**For credit cards, please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to cover what we are charged.

Q. Do you charge trip fees?

A. Not usually, the only time we will charge a trip fee is for smaller jobs outside of our standard service area.

Q. I don’t visit the property very often, how can I be sure you completed the work to my satisfaction?

A. We are happy to provide before and after photos of all work performed.

Q. Can you come out and take care of my job today? Will it cost more?

A. As long as our schedule allows it, and we are within normal business hours, we will be happy to perform same day jobs at standard rates.

Q. I need a job completed over night as to not disrupt my business, can you do that? How much extra does that cost?

A. We are happy to schedule jobs outside of normal business hours. There is no extra cost for most scheduled overnight services.

Q. It’s 2 AM, I have an emergency that needs to be dealt with, can you help? Will it cost more than standard rates?

A. Yes. As long as you are an existing customer with our after hours contact number, you can get ahold of us. Unscheduled overnight jobs do incur extra fees.
