Porter services are very important part of keeping your property clean. Every property has different needs due to location, tenant type, and budget, we can work with you to build a custom porter program to best fit your needs. Schedule
Porter services are available seven days a week. We will work with you to build the best schedule for your property, from bi-weekly to daily services. We are able to provide visits as short as one hour up to a full time porter.
Litter Cleanup
Standard service includes patrolling the property for any litter such as cans, cups, bottles, bags, etc., and sweeping it up. This generally includes sidewalks, dumpster areas, landscape areas, and parking lots.
While porter services will help to remove bigger trash items from your parking lots, we always recommend that you have a parking lot sweeping program in place to keep your lot completely clean.
Storefront Cleaning
Dirty storefronts can detract from the look of a well maintained facade. Wiping down the aluminum storefront frame often greatly improves the appearance of the facade as it removes grim and dirt that may otherwise sit there between window cleanings. Storefront cleaning can be added to a porter service program for your property.
Trash Bins
For properties that provide trash cans for customer use, our services can include changing trash can liners as needed, and wiping down the trash cans. Trash can liners will be changed as needed during regularly scheduled visits to prevent trash overflow.
