All of our equipment is capable of cleaning with hot water. Using hot water to clean results in an overall better job and makes removal of grease and gum quick and easy. We are able to haul up to 1000 gallons of water for jobs.

Benefits of Regular Pressure Washing
Regular pressure was is important for any property that receives large amounts of foot traffic. Regular pressure washing not only keeps things looking good, but often keeps the area smelling better. A clean sanitary area is an important part of presenting a great image to customers.
Concrete is porous, this means that liquids and other debris can permanently stain concrete over time. Regular cleaning helps to prevent many stains from setting in. Once certain stains have set in, removal can be a very expensive process or simply not possible without replacing the concrete.
Gum that has been sitting on concrete for a while starts to leach out the oils and acids that mix into it when being chewed. Once these oils and acids leach into the concrete they can stay behind for quite a while. After pressure washing these stains will generally fade out slowly over time, but may be quite noticeable for quite a while. Regular pressure washing can remove gum before these stains have a chance to set in.
