Street, parking lot, and construction sweeping

CPSNM sweeps commercial parking lots, streets, and active construction sites. The machine changes with the job. The point does not: leave the surface cleaner than we found it, on the schedule you agreed to.

Parking lot sweeping

Most of our weekly and nightly work is commercial lots — shopping centers, strip malls, freestanding buildings, office, warehouse, and industrial. See the dedicated parking lot sweeping page for program details.

Construction sweeping

Jobsites throw off dirt, millings, and track-out that a finished-lot route is not always built to take in one pass. For packed material we use mechanical brooms and skid steers with broom attachments. For lighter debris and daily maintenance during a project we use regenerative air sweepers.

We work for general contractors who need the street and adjacent lots kept clean, and for owners and managers who still have tenants open while a phase of work is underway. End-of-day sweeps, on-call cleanups after a pour or milling night, and short-run site maintenance are all fair game.

Street sweeping

Clean streets are a safety, appearance, and storm-water issue. We sweep private streets, HOA communities, and similar curb lines that collect the same New Mexico dust and trash parking lots do.

Why it shows up on the budget

• Pavement life. Sand ground into asphalt wears the surface, the seal coat, and the striping.
• Fewer trip-and-fall problems. Debris is a liability issue dressed up as housekeeping.
• Dust control. A clean lot and street kick up less of the dust this climate is famous for.
• Storm water. Sweeping keeps sediment out of drains and waterways.
