Commercial Property Services of New Mexico started in 2016. The work is the unglamorous exterior program that keeps a center leasable.
CPSNM provides property maintenance in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. We grew by working for some of the larger property management companies in New Mexico and some of the better-known shopping centers in Albuquerque.
The mission is not complicated: prompt service, quality work, fair pricing. A commercial property already has enough to worry about. We take the exterior program — sweeping, porter, wash, graffiti, junk — and run it so the manager does not have to chase four vendors.
From the first call through scheduling and the night the sweeper is on site, the point is speed without sloppiness. Same-day work is often available. Overnight work can be scheduled at standard rates. We own the equipment we show up with.
