Commercial Property Services of New Mexico started in 2016. Ten-plus years later we still do the exterior work that keeps a commercial property looking like someone is paying attention.
CPSNM is the trade name of A Better Estate LLC. We provide parking lot sweeping, porter services, and hot water pressure washing — plus graffiti removal, junk cleanups, and film-site work — for property owners and property managers in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and the surrounding areas.
The company grew by making the owner’s and manager’s job easier: one vendor, custom schedules, and equipment we own. A shopping center, strip mall, or freestanding building already has enough moving parts. We run the outdoor program so you are not chasing four contractors.
Today that is a team of 15-plus employees and top of the line, well maintained equipment. Same-day work is often available inside the metro. Overnight work can be scheduled for sweeping and pressure washing. GPS on every vehicle tells you when the crew was on site. Photos are available when you need them.
