Overview: Street / Parking Lot Sweeper Operator. Visit assigned properties each night throughout Albuquerque and the surrounding area.
Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour.

Schedule:
*** We are currently hiring for PART TIME, the schedule will be about 3 days per week, about 5-7 hours each night. ***
Work to be performed between the hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am (Actual hours vary based on schedule)
Work Location: You will be assigned multiple work sites each day throughout Albuquerque and the surrounding areas.
Job Duties:
– Operate / drive street sweeper.
– Sweep walkways, sidewalks, parking lots and other areas as assigned.
– Empty trash receptacles.
– Operate a leaf blower.
– Maintain cleanliness by collecting and removing litter and debris from premises to include parking lots and landscaping.
– Other exterior cleaning tasks as assigned.
– Assist in snow removal (seasonal).
Essential Qualifications:
– Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
– Must have a valid drivers license.
– Must have and maintain a clean driving record that is acceptable to our insurance company.
– Must understand and follow basic safety precautions, rules and regulations.
– Must have a track record of being dependable.
– Be capable of working independently.
